WE CAN ONLY HIRE TO YOU IF YOU CAN MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS
Set up on Private Land, Private garden or at a Hall / Community Centre / Sports Centre etc.We will not set up in Public Areas, or in shared gardens at Flats, caravan sites,beaches etc.We must have CLEAR side access through a gate or garage/side alleyway.
Please make sure we have adequate space to park our van, preferably on the driveway or outside your property.
Payment must be made cash on Delivery. Or Bank Transfer/Card payment upon delivery.
Please ensure the inflatable is left inflated for collection.
You must also ensure there are no leaves, dirt or items left on any inflatable ready for collection.
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the inflatable equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ARE FOLLOWED.
THE UNIT WILL HAVE AN AGE LIMIT WHICH WE WILL SPECIFY, PLEASE ENSURE NO ONE OVER THIS AGE LIMIT USES THE EQUIPMENT.
NO FOOD OR DRINKS OR CHEWING GUM TO BE ALLOWED ON OR NEAR THE INFLATABLE WHICH WILL AVOID CHOKING AND MESS, PLEASE NOTE IF THE INFLATABLE IS COLLECTED IN A DIRTY CONDITION THEN THE PERSON HIRING IT WILL INCUR A CLEANING CHARGE.
ALL SHOES, GLASSES, JEWELLERY, BADGES MUST REMOVED BEFORE USING THE INFLATABLE.
NO FACE PAINTS ,PARTY POPPERS,COLOURED STREAMERS OR SILLY STRING TO BE USED ON OR NEAR THE INFLATABLE.
NO SMOKING OR BARBECUES NEAR THE INFLATABLE.
CLIMBING,HANGING OR SITTING ON WALLS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND DAMAGES THE INFLATABLE AS WELL AND MUST NOT BE ALLOWED.
A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST SUPERVISE THE INFLATABLE AT ALL TIMES.
ALWAYS ENSURE THE INFLATABLE IS NOT OVERCROWDED AND LIMIT NUMBERS ACCORDING TO THE AGE AND SIZE OF CHILDREN USING IT, TRY TO AVOID LARGE AND SMALL CHILDREN USING THE INFLATABLE AT THE SAME TIME.
ENSURE CHILDREN ARE NOT PUSHING, COLLIDING, FIGHTING, OR BEHAVING IN A MANNER LIKELY TO INJURE OR CAUSE DISTRESS TO OTHERS.
NO PETS ON OR NEAR THE INFLATABLE THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED. NO TOYS OR SHARP INSTRUMENTS ON OR NEAR THE INFLATABLE.
IF THE INFLATABLE IS NOT BEING USED FOR ANY PART OF THE DAY PLEASE SWITCH THE BLOWER OFF AT THE MAINS.
DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO BOUNCE ON THE FRONT SAFETY STEP AS A CHILD COULD EASILY BOUNCE OF THE INFLATABLE AND GET HURT, THE STEP IS THERE TO ASSIST USERS IN GETTING ON AND OFF THE INFLATABLE SAFELY !
ENSURE NO-ONE WITH A HISTORY OF BACK OR NECK PROBLEMS IS ALLOWED ON THE INFLATABLE AS INDEED ANY PERSON WHO IS FEELING UNWELL OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL.
DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO BE ON THE INFLATABLE DURING INFLATION OR DEFLATION AS THIS IS DANGEROUS.
ENSURE CHILDREN OR ADULTS ARE NOT ATTEMPTING SOMERSAULTS AND ARE CLOTHED APPROPRIATELY AND NOTHING CAN FALL OUT OF POCKETS, SOCKS MUST BE WORN.
ENSURE AN AREA OF TWO FEET CLEAR ALL AROUND THE INFLATABLE .
THE INFLATABLE SHOULD NOT BE USED IF IT BECOMES WET ON THE JUMPING AREA, (SLIPPING HAZARD) IN THE EVENT OF RAIN THE INFLATABLE SHOULD NOT BE USED, THIS INCLUDES THE USE OF HOSEPIPES AND ANY OTHER LIQUIDS, THESE SHOULD NOT BE USED ON INFLATABLES AND SLIDES.
IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY RAIN THE UNIT SHOULD BE NOT BE USED AND SWITCHED OFF, ANY WETNESS INCLUDING BUBBLING WHCH IS NORMAL CAN BE DRIED OFF WITH A TOWEL ONE IT HAS BEEN RE INFLATED.
IN THE VENT THAT THE BLOWER STOPS WORKING PLEASE ENSURE ALL USERS GET OFF THE INFLATABLE IMMEDIATELY, CHECK IF THE BLOWER TUBE HAS NOT COME UNDONE OR THAT SOMETHING HAS NOT BLOWN ONTO OR OBSTRUCTING THE BLOWER, IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT IT SHOULD OVERHEAT OR LOSES POWER SWITCH THE BLOWER OFF AT THE MAINS, SWITCH BACK ON 1 OR 2 MINS LATER, OTHERWISE PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY ON 07702031800 TO ATTEND.

Please note that all persons using this inflatable do so at there own risk.
The person or organisation hiring the inflatable equipment will be responsible /liable for any damage or injury occuring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
The above safety instructions are for the safety of all people using the equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensurethey are fully adhered to at all times.
Alfie's bouncy castles cannot accept responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using the equipment.
Your agreement which you will sign a copy of upon delivery/set up
I HEREBY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED ABOVE.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above, i am aware that whilst in my care i am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will inlcude the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, ie, if it is in a dirty muddy or damaged condition then i will pay additional costs.
You will be asked to sign date and print name, THIS MUST BE DONE BY THE HIRER.
